Experienced Back Massage Specialist in Nice
A Professional Sports Massage Therapist, Specializing in Back Massage, with 15 years of experience.
Is back pain interfering with your day-to-day?
I understand completely ! Whether it's discomfort in the morning or constant pain, back issues can force you to give up certain activities, even sports.
For me, a herniated disc long prevented me from sitting, running, and made driving difficult. I had to put sports on hold as the discomfort was constant.
On top of that, the upper part of my back would sometimes lock up, and for several days, pain along my spine kept me from turning my head or lifting any object.
What you need is a targeted massage on a specific area such as the lower back, upper back, or neck. My approach combines various techniques to offer you optimal relief. Focusing on the back for 1 hour allows for a good release of tension.

15 years of experience
With 15 years of experience, I've conducted thousands of massages and worked with hundreds of clients through Acupuncture, focusing on back well-being.
I continue to train to stay at the forefront of techniques. Three years ago, I studied in Brazil, where I joined a study group under the auspices of the local health ministry.
I've guided many people through yoga specifically designed for the back. Additionally, I've created a YouTube channel dedicated to breathwork, where I share tips and exercises. You can check it out for useful information, and if needed, I'm ready to create personalized content tailored to your specific needs.
My professional experience includes providing care in thalassotherapy centers, and I've had the opportunity to work in prestigious establishments on the French Riviera, notably in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, as well as in Monaco.

A Solid Training
Foundation in Anatomy: A deep understanding of human anatomy has been the cornerstone of my education, providing me with the necessary tools to approach the body with precision and respect.
Expertise in Massage Therapy: With training from three massage schools in France, I've acquired a broad range of techniques and approaches.
Specialization in Acupuncture: I've completed two acupuncture programs, including a four-year one, allowing me to master this ancient practice.
International Learning: In Asia, I deepened my knowledge at a clinic. In Brazil, I enriched my practice with additional teachings in acupuncture and apitherapy. In India, I discovered a unique therapeutic yoga and advanced breathwork techniques reserved for initiates, and in Africa for the study of plants and rituals with Pygmy healers.
Enriching Collaborations: Private lessons with osteopaths and physiotherapists have refined my understanding and ability to integrate various methods for holistic care.
My name is David, and above all, I seek effectiveness. I don't cling to beliefs or the egos of certain schools! I am for a practice centered on the person I'm treating and effective results.

A personal experience.
As a victim of a car accident in my childhood, I faced persistent back issues that led me, from the age of 12, to explore various forms of therapies: physiotherapy, osteopathy, and chiropractic. It was in this quest for relief that I discovered the benefits of Chinese massages, intuitively recognizing the areas that provided back comfort.
Being passionate about sports, especially boxing and African dance, I unfortunately had to deal with a herniated disc exacerbated by these intensive activities. This challenge forced me to put my passions on hold and dedicate myself fully to my recovery, through regular sessions of osteopathy, massages, and acupuncture, especially during periods of crisis.
The real transformation came from practicing yoga and breathwork, which I have been cultivating for now 10 years. These disciplines have not only eased my pains but also enriched my life with profound serenity. Armed with this personal and professional experience, I am determined to share the strategies that have shaped my journey towards well-being..
