Sports Massage Expert in Nice : about My Story
A Journey Between Traditional Medicine and Modern Approaches in the Quest for Effectiveness
From my childhood, I was captivated by Asian arts and philosophy. At 12 years old, I began practicing Tai-chi and Qi Gong, and by 16, I started massaging those around me, discovering the pleasure of therapeutic touch. At 18, I explored acupuncture and medicinal plants for my own health.

Initiation :My Immersion into the Ancestral Traditions of Africa
My path led me to Africa at 21, where I immersed myself in an ancestral tradition that was both spiritual and therapeutic, to find answers to my questions about life. For years, I divided my time between learning spirituality and traditional therapies with the Pygmy communities of the equatorial forest and taking on jobs to finance these enriching journeys.

From Personal Exploration to Professional Life
My life took a turn 15 years ago when I began practicing massage professionally, providing me with precious stability.
Although I was trained at a Chinese massage school in Paris 20 years ago, it was the desire to deepen my knowledge that pushed me to explore further. Phytotherapy and African rituals, although difficult to integrate here due to cultural differences, led me to delve deeper into Chinese medicine, acupuncture, as well as anatomy with physiotherapists and joint mechanics with osteopaths, among other gentle techniques.

A New Chapter: Breathwork and Yoga
Ten years ago, my life began an exciting new chapter with the in-depth exploration of breathwork, Yoga Nidra, traditional yoga, and Natha Yoga, the ancestor of Hatha Yoga. These disciplines were a revelation, naturally integrating into my life thanks to my already rich background in spiritual and physical practice (dance, boxing, martial arts) as well as energetic practice (Tai Chi and Qi Gong).
These new practices transformed my life, significantly improving my physical, emotional, and mental well-being. They were much more than a simple healing method; they allowed me to solve persistent problems and adopt a renewed spiritual approach that was more suited to my life path.

Deepening and Transmission
The foundations of my current practice were imparted to me by an experienced sage, who himself was initiated into a rare form of yoga in Varanasi, the holy city of India. This experience marked a turning point in my life, compelling me to integrate these practices into my daily routine, often for several hours.
Initially, the teaching I received was profound and demanding, but over the years, my understanding and practice have expanded through in-depth studies and diligent practice. Today, with a solid knowledge base acquired, I adapt these teachings to make them more accessible and educational, allowing my students to achieve better results.
By integrating these ancient practices into a contemporary context, my goal is to make them both relevant and beneficial for our times while preserving their traditional essence and authenticity. It is with this fidelity to the teachings received that I transmit this knowledge, just as it was imparted to me. This approach ensures that the wisdom and techniques passed down through generations remain intact, while being adapted to the needs and challenges of modern life.
